For over 43 years, Louisiana-based ULCS dba Highlines Construction, Inc. has been performing electrical power line service to thousands of satisfied customers, including major utility companies, electrical co-operatives, state and federal governmental authorities, railroad companies, oil and chemical plants, and many others in our fifteen-state authorized region.
Highlines specializes in the construction and maintenance of electrical transmission lines, overhead and underground distribution lines, substations, foundations, street lights and meter services. We currently have offices in four states: Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas- and continue to expand our services and staff, while at the same time making safety and efficiency our top priorities.
